Some common questions we’ve been asked in recent days and our answers to these questions:
Q1: Why did you suspend classes on 25th and 26th March 2020 when the authorities only specified a deadline of 26th March 2020, 2359h?
A1: It was not an easy decision but the health and safety of our students were paramount and we made these our first priority. As such, we decided to suspend all of our classes with effect from 25th March 2020 instead of the 26th.
We aim to resume normal operations and classes as soon as the government changes their nation-wide directive to suspend operations of all tuition and enrichment centres (https://www.moh.gov.sg/news-highlights/details/tighter-measures-to-minimise-further-spread-of-covid-19).
Q2: I have paid fees for the whole month of March, what happens to the classes missed between 25 to 31 March 2020?
A2: At the first available opportunity, we will be conducting replacement lessons in May and June, as in-person face-to-face coaching sessions are more productive and effective. The replacement lessons will also serve as useful opportunities for revision for any with upcoming assessments.
Q3: What should my child do during this period (in the month of April)?
A3: We are introducing a series of programmes for upper primary and secondary school students in our core subject competencies. Please contact us or refer to the information provided for these programs.
