The global COVID-19 pandemic has impacted Singapore, its economy and its people in many ways. It has hampered students’ learning and the impact is especially felt by children and students, in disadvantaged families disproportionately.

We believe that every child has educational rights and should have access to quality education, regardless of family background. With that in mind, we are reaching out to the communities around us to support disadvantaged students and families by offering a number of bursary/scholarship awards to Singapore students whose families are experiencing the adverse effects of COVID-19.

To ensure they will get the most out of their education, awardees will receive year-long tuition support via classes attended at any of our Elucidation Learning Centres in 2021.

Eligibility Criteria (for Bursaries):

Students applying need not currently have been doing well academically but we believe, with the right attitude, they will improve with the efficacy of what we do in our classes. However, they must meet the following basic criteria:

  2. the applying must be enrolled and studying in an MOE mainstream school
  3. the immediate family of the applicant student has Gross Monthly Household Income (GHI) ≤ S$2,750 or a Monthly Household Per Capita Income (PCI) ≤ $690 at the time of the application
